对齐鲁石油化工公司胜利炼油厂北催化裂化装置油浆进行了蒸馏分离,小于450℃的馏分收率为78.19%,对油浆及各个馏分的性质进行了分析,分析表明各馏分的H/C值和芳碳率都相差不大。用糠醛在不同温度和剂油比下对油浆进行了相平衡分离,达到相平衡的时间为1.5h。各条件下的溶剂选择性计算结果表明,温度对选择性有较大影响。对抽出油和抽余油的性质也进行了分析,抽余油的饱和烃含量达70%,镍含量在2μg/g。以下,氢碳原子比达1.7以上,是较好的催化裂化原料。抽出油的芳烃含量达90%,氢碳原子比为1,芳碳率为0.6。
The distillates from north catalytic cracking unit of Shengli refinery of Qilu Petrochemical Company were separated by distillation. The yield of distillate less than 450 ℃ was 78.19%. The properties of oil slurry and each fraction were analyzed. The results showed that H / C value and aromatic carbon rate are not much different. With furfural at different temperatures and the ratio of oil to oil slurry phase separation, the phase equilibrium time is 1.5h. Solvent selectivity calculations under each condition show that temperature has a greater effect on selectivity. The properties of extracted oil and raffinate oil were also analyzed. The raffinate oil had a saturated hydrocarbon content of 70% and a nickel content of 2 μg / g. Below, hydrogen carbon atom ratio of 1.7 or more, is a good raw material for catalytic cracking. Oil extracted aromatic content of 90%, hydrogen-carbon atomic ratio of 1, aromatic carbon rate of 0.6.
