本文基于双梳慢波结构的色散关系式,详细分析和讨论了电场正反对称模式的色散特性,并研究了慢波空占比、波导高度以及慢波深度对色散特性的影响。通过对正反对称模式受各参数影响规律的对比,得出只有在减少波导高度的同时保持慢波深度不减小,才能增大正反对称模式之间的频率隔离度。
Based on the dispersion relation of the double combed slow-wave structure, the dispersion characteristics of forward and antisymmetric modes of the electric field are analyzed and discussed in detail. The effects of the slow wave propagation ratio, the waveguide height and the depth of the slow wave on the dispersion characteristics are also studied. By comparing the normal and antisymmetric modes under the influence of various parameters, it is found that the frequency isolation between positive and negative symmetric modes can be increased only by reducing the height of the waveguide while keeping the depth of the slow wave from decreasing.
