1 临床资料男患,20岁,农民,于1985年1月26日在我院就诊。主诉:右侧鼻根部肿块20年(询问家长,患者自出生后即发现右侧鼻根部、内眦上方有一“樱桃”大小肿块)。因尢任何症状,亦未求医。近年来肿块进行性增大,右侧眼球亦随之受压向外前方突出。眼球向内上方运动受限,流泪,且眼睑不能闭合呈“兔眼”状,视力正常,无鼻塞及流涕。神志清醒,血压16.0/10.6kPa,心肺正常,脾脏不肿大,血象正常,无神经病理反射。

Conscious, blood pressure 16.0 / 10.6kPa, normal heart and lung, spleen does not enlarge, blood normal, no neuropathic reflex.
