食品安全是关系国计民生的重大问题,近年来层出不穷的食品安全事件暴露出我国在食品安全监管方面存在不足之处。食品安全监管体制不协调、处罚机制不完善、食品召回制度存在漏洞、公众参与机制滞后是主要原因。因此,建立和完善我国食品安全监督管理法律制度,对保障人民的生命健康,建设法治国家,促进社会和谐都有重要的理论和现实意义。
Food safety is a major issue related to people’s livelihood and the people’s livelihood. In recent years, an endless stream of food safety incidents have exposed our country’s inadequacies in food safety regulation. Food safety regulatory system is not coordinated, the punishment mechanism is imperfect, there are loopholes in the food recall system, the main reason for lagging public participation mechanism. Therefore, establishing and perfecting the legal system of food safety supervision and management in our country has important theoretical and practical meanings for ensuring people’s life and health, building a country ruled by law, and promoting social harmony.
