以正硅酸乙酯(TEOS)、甲基三乙氧基硅烷(MTES)、二苯基二甲氧基硅烷(DDS)和仲丁醇铝(ASB)为主要原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法得到Al2O3/有机硅/SiO2杂化溶胶,经100℃下固化12 h后得到Al2O3/有机硅/SiO2杂化涂层。红外光谱研究表明,杂化涂层中形成了Al—O—Si键。采用电化学阻抗(EIS)研究杂化涂层在3.5%NaCl溶液中浸泡不同时间的阻抗行为,根据阻抗谱特征建立了等效电路图,结合等效电路图和拟合结果分析了杂化涂层在3.5%NaCl溶液中浸泡不同时间的耐蚀性。结果表明,其在3.5%NaCl溶液中具有良好的耐蚀性。
Using TEOS, MTES, DDS and ASB as the main raw materials, the sol-gel method Al2O3 / Silicone / SiO2 hybrid sols were obtained and the Al2O3 / Silicone / Silica hybrid coatings were obtained after curing at 100 ℃ for 12 h. Infrared spectroscopy showed that Al-O-Si bonds were formed in the hybrid coating. The electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) was used to investigate the impedance behavior of the hybrid coating immersed in 3.5% NaCl solution for different time. The equivalent circuit diagram was established according to the impedance spectroscopy characteristics. Combined with the equivalent circuit diagram and fitting results, 3.5% NaCl solution immersed in different time corrosion resistance. The results show that it has good corrosion resistance in 3.5% NaCl solution.
