中共中央宣传部、水利部、国家发展改革委和建设部日前联合发出通知,就2005至2006年加强节水型社会建设宣传工作作出一系列部署。通知明确系列宣传活动的主题是:大力推行节约用水,全面建设节水型社会。通知强调,要通过集中宣传,切实提高各级领导干部和社会公众的节水意识,进一步激发全社会对节水型社会建设的积极性、主动性和创造性,动员全社会力量多方面参与节水型社会建设,全面推进节水型社会建设的健康、持续发展。
