In the production and operation of enterprises, its financial risk is inevitable. Financial risk is a major risk that an enterprise needs to “encounter” in its operation and management process. The prevention and control of financial risks directly determine whether an enterprise can gain new profit growth points. This article will first explore the status quo of domestic and foreign research on the prevention and control of internal control and financial risks, and then discuss measures to improve the internal control system and prevent financial risks.
