温政发[2011]20号为进一步调动我市企业上市的积极性,鼓励企业通过资本市场做大做强,推进经济转型升级,根据《浙江省人民政府关于进一步加强我省企业上市工作的意见》(浙政发[2008]35号)和《中共温州市委温州市人民政府关于促进企业上市工作的若干意见》(温委发[2008]17号)精神,结合实际,现就进一步加强我市企业上市工作提出如下意见。一、进一步统一思想,明确上市工作目标(一)加强企业上市工作,是推进我市优化发展环境、促进经济转型升级、保持经济健康平稳运行的重要战略举措,有利于企业创新发展模式和
