随着医院管理工作逐步实行定量管理、信息管理,取代了过去的概念管理和经验管理。而综合平均指标,就是为适应这种转变,进行综合评价,也是统计工作适应新形势发展的需要,我们进行的一次改革尝试。综合平均指标的计算方法:运用数学中的倒数和相反数的运算规则。其目的,消除名数、代换成系数,再利用相反数,使其定向发展,实现各项指标加总的目的。再按统计学中计算相对数的方法,求得综合平均指标。
