典型报道在我国一直是主流媒体的优势和强项。牛玉儒、宋鱼水、任长霞、许振超、杨业功等一大批先进人物,就是通过媒体鲜活、生动的典型报道让大家熟知的。然而在媒体竞争日益激烈的今天,信息渠道畅通,资讯空前发达,受众对典型报道的关注度也开始逐渐弱化,怎样改进典型报道? 面对近年来民生新闻的异军突起和媒体报道形式的不断推陈出新,典型报道应更多地关注普通人、强调贴近性,关注百姓身边的“小人物”亦或把重大典型的宣传报道“平民化”。
