氨苄青霉素(简称氨苄)为半合成广谱青霉素,近年来随着其在临床上的广泛应用,由此而引起的变态反应也日益增多。现就我院1980年至1990年10年间应用氨苄青霉素所致的180例变态反应,作一临床分析。1一般资料 180例患者,男80例,女100例。年龄5～70岁,其中5～12岁20例,～30岁30例,～40岁80例,～55岁35例,55岁以上15例。原发病:伤寒50例,流热40例,肺炎20
Ampicillin (referred to as ampicillin) for the semi-synthetic broad-spectrum penicillin, in recent years as it is widely used in clinical, the resulting allergy is also increasing. 180 cases of allergic reactions caused by ampicillin in our hospital from 1980 to 1990 are made for a clinical analysis. 1 General Information 180 patients, 80 males and 100 females.
