目的:通过开展疫苗针对的免疫抗体水平监测,了解天峻县健康人群免疫抗体水平情况,为今后加强计划免疫工作和疾病控制提供科学依据。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附实验对天峻县两个乡镇五个年龄组150名健康人群中麻疹IgG抗体、流脑、百日咳、白喉、破伤风和甲肝抗体进行检测。结果:通过对检测结果的分析,麻疹IgG抗体阳性率为80.0%;百日咳抗体阳性率为95.3%;白喉抗体阳性率为86.0%;破伤风抗体阳性率为85.3%。结论:通过对监测数据的分析,天峻县儿童麻疹、百日咳、白喉、破伤风的抗体阳性率较高。当地通过加强相关疾病疫苗的接种,有效防止疾病的发生,近期内当地不会发生相关疾病的暴发和流行。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the level of immune antibody in healthy population of Tianjun County by monitoring the level of immune antibody against vaccines and provide a scientific basis for strengthening planned immunization and disease control in the future. Methods: Measles IgG antibodies, meningitis, pertussis, diphtheria, tetanus and hepatitis A antibodies in 150 healthy people in five age groups in two townships of Tianjun County were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Results: Through the analysis of test results, the positive rate of measles IgG antibody was 80.0%; the positive rate of pertussis antibody was 95.3%; the positive rate of diphtheria antibody was 86.0%; the positive rate of tetanus antibody was 85.3%. Conclusion: Through the analysis of monitoring data, the positive rate of antibodies against measles, pertussis, diphtheria and tetanus in Tianjun County is high. The local vaccination of the relevant diseases can effectively prevent the occurrence of the disease and no outbreak or epidemic of the related diseases will occur in the near future.
