根据国家教委《关于善始善终做好‘五查’工作的通知》精神,自治区教育厅督导检查组于3月16日至4月1日,对银川、吴忠、同心、盐池、永宁、陶乐等6市县的8个乡、11所中学、14所小学进行了督导复查。复查结果表明,银川等6市县政府重视解决国家教委、自治区督导检查组指出的“五查”中发现的问题,推进了当地的教育工作。 德育工作得到了重视和加强。6市县都比较重视纠正忽视德育的倾向,把德育工作放在学校教育工作的首位。吴忠市人民政府制定了《关于加强和改进中小学德育工作的意见》;银川市成立了“中小学德育工作研究会”,并要求全市中小学都要成立德育工作委员会,实行政教、教务分开;陶乐县在教育科增设德育教育专干,中学增设政教处、专职团委书记,学区增设专职辅导员。 学校收费开始走向制度化,乱收费基本得到了控制。自治区教育厅、物价局、财政厅《关于清理整顿中小学收费项目有关问题的通知》和《关于调整中小学学杂费收费标准的通知》下发后,6市县都贯彻得比较好。学杂费的收取严格按标准执行,取缔的收费项目不再收取,代收费的项目能开列消

School fees began to be institutionalized and arbitrary charges were basically controlled. After the “Circular on Clearing up and Renovating Charges for Primary and Secondary Schools” and the “Notice on Adjusting Tuition and Miscellaneous Fees in Primary and Secondary Schools” issued by the Education Department, the Price Bureau, and the Department of Finance of the Autonomous Region, the six cities and counties carried out better. The collection of tuition and fees will be strictly implemented according to the standard. The banned fee items will no longer be charged, and the fee collection items can be eliminated.
