建立了自来水中9种痕量卤乙酸的超高效液相色谱串联质谱测定方法。自来水水样过银氢柱后用超高效液相色谱串联质谱测定,采用CSH氟苯基柱,流动相为含0.02%乙酸的水和乙腈,采用多反应监测(MRM)模式测定,电喷雾离子源(ESI),负离子扫描。结果表明,9种卤乙酸标准曲线线性相关系数(R~2)均≥0.991,加标浓度分别为5、10、100、200μg/L时,9种卤乙酸的回收率在61.0%~118.3%(n=4),测定结果的RSD(n=4)均小于16%,检出限范围为0.005~0.14μg/L。
A method for the determination of 9 trace haloacetic acids in tap water by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was established. The tap water was passed through a hydrogen column and analyzed by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. The mobile phase consisted of 0.02% acetic acid in water and acetonitrile with mobile phase of CSH fluorophenyl column. The reaction was monitored by multiple reaction monitoring (MRM) Source (ESI), negative ion scan. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients (R ~ 2) of nine haloacetic acid standard curves were all ≥ 0.991. The recoveries of nine haloacetic acids ranged from 61.0% to 118.3% at spiked concentrations of 5, 10, 100 and 200 μg / (n = 4), and the RSD (n = 4) of the determination results were all less than 16%. The detection limits ranged from 0.005 to 0.14 μg / L.
