近年来,在党和国家科技体制改革方针政策指引下,在市科委领导和关怀下,我所对新产品开发道路,进行了艰苦探索。经过多年实践和反思,我们感到应用型研究所只有走科研成果产业化,才能在社会主义市场经济中求得发展。 从1994年开始,我所新产品产业化、中试生产实施新产品试制鉴定计划,中试产品计划总产值就占到全所收入50％,1996年达到75％。
In recent years, guided by the guidelines and policies of the party and state in the reform of the scientific and technological system and under the leadership and care of the Municipal Science and Technology Commission, I conducted a painstaking search on the path of developing new products. After many years of practice and reflection, we feel that only by taking the industrialization of scientific research into an applied research institute can we seek development in the socialist market economy. Since 1994, the industrialization of our new products and the pilot production of pilot products appraisal program have been completed. The total output value of pilot products accounted for 50% of the total revenue and reached 75% in 1996.
