当今时代,全球化作为一种社会发展趋势已经不可阻挡,经济全球化拓宽了人们的文化视野,促使人们从全球的视角认识文化活动,使文化发展同样呈全球化的趋势。行业文化是文化的一种表现形式,也是文化建设的重要内容。检验检疫文化作为一种组织文化,是检验检疫机关在长期工作实践中形成的具有检验检疫行业特色、时代特征,能体现检验检疫广大职工的基本信念、价值取向、管理理念、共同追求等的精神总和。检验检疫文化建设,是新世纪检验检疫行业生存和发展的内在需要,是增强检验检疫行业的凝聚力和竞争力的根本战略。本文将结合苏州检验检疫局职工文化建设具体实践情况及取得的经验来论述文化建设引领和谐发展这一主题。
In the modern era, globalization has been unstoppable as a trend of social development. Economic globalization has broadened people’s cultural horizon and prompted people to recognize cultural activities from a global perspective so that cultural development is also undergoing a global trend. Industry culture is a manifestation of culture and an important part of cultural construction. As a kind of organizational culture, inspection and quarantine culture has the characteristics of inspection and quarantine industry and characteristics of the times as formed by inspection and quarantine authorities in the long-term working practice and can reflect the spirit of the basic conviction, value orientation, management philosophy and common pursuit of inspection and quarantine workers sum. The construction of inspection and quarantine culture is the inherent need of survival and development of the inspection and quarantine industry in the new century and is a fundamental strategy to enhance the cohesion and competitiveness of the inspection and quarantine industry. This article will be based on Suzhou Inspection and Quarantine staff culture and practical experience and experience gained to discuss the theme of cultural development to lead the harmonious development.
