本文在实证研究方法的基础上,引入学习战略为中介变量,所处行业为调节变量,研究高绩效工作系统与组织市场绩效之间的关系。结果表明,高绩效工作系统通过探索式学习战略和利用式学习战略影响组织市场绩效,高科技行业对探索式学习战略与组织市场绩效之间的关系具有正向调节作用,对利用式学习战略与组织市场绩效之间的关系没有调节作用。
Based on the empirical research methods, this paper introduces the learning strategy as the mediating variable, and the industry is the adjusting variable to study the relationship between high performance work system and organizational market performance. The results show that the high performance work system has a positive regulatory effect on the relationship between exploratory learning strategies and organizational market performance through exploratory learning strategies and exploitative learning strategies, and high-tech industries have a positive regulatory effect on exploitative learning strategies and The relationship between organizational market performance has no regulatory role.
