中国航海学会危险货物运输专业委员会子一九八三年五月八日至十一日在浙江宁波召开了成立会议及第一次学术讨论会。有关省市航运部门、部属港航企业、港务监督、船舶检验、科研和大专院校等四十个单位的危险货物运输专家、科技业务人员和从事危险货物运输工作的干部共五十三人出席了会议。中国航海学会秘书长、危险货物运输专业委员会主任、交通部海洋运输局副局长王志远同志致开幕词。他指出,专业委员会成立后要不断研究危险货物运输中的科学技术
