随着我国经济的飞速发展,城市化进程的进一步加快,大量农村剩余劳动力涌向城市,在我国社会结构中出现一个非常重要的特殊群体——农民工,而近年来农民工的工伤事故频繁发生,国家虽然出台了一系列政策来保障农民工群体的的合法权益,但在现实生活中其落实率极低。本文对农民工工伤保险权益难于落实的原因进行分析,并提出了相应的对策,以切实保障农民工群体的合法权益。
