探讨了双联转炉法(MURC)炼钢工艺特性,开发了适应福建三钢闽光股份有限公司低铁水比转炉炼钢生产要求的新型MURC炼钢工艺制度.结果表明,新型MURC炼钢工艺的控制重点是促进脱磷期石灰熔化,应根据铁水Si含量计算石灰加入量,以促进石灰熔化及碱度控制;根据该公司低铁水比的冶炼特点,脱磷期温度应在1330?1360℃;目标碱度及炉渣总铁量应适当降低,以满足冶炼反应动力学要求.新工艺出钢C平均含量为0.183%,P平均含量为0.0183%,平均脱磷率达90%,钢铁料消耗较常规工艺平均降低2.3 kg/t,石灰消耗平均降低11.2 kg/t.
The characteristics of MURC steel making process were discussed and a new MURC steelmaking technology system was developed to meet the requirements of low iron to water ratio converter steelmaking in Fujian Sanming Iron and Steel Co., Ltd.
