近代民族私立大学法律教育的发展历经曲折,从蓬勃发展到停滞不前,最终又有复苏之势,与近代的时势变迁有很大关联。作为近代私立法律教育的主要载体,民族私立大学积极投身于法律教育实践,在学校组织模式、加强师资力量、完善课程设置、促进学生就业等方面积累了很多有益经验,但也存在不少相关问题。
The development of legal education in the modern national private university has gone through twists and turns, from the vigorous development to the stagnant and finally the recovery trend, which is closely related to the changes in the modern times. As the main carrier of private legal education in modern times, the national private universities have actively devoted themselves to the practice of legal education.
