研究回火温度对28CrNiMoMn高强度钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明,随回火温度升高,钢的强度和硬度下降,塑性提高,屈服强度在低温回火略有上升,到250℃达到最大值;继续升高回火温度,屈服强度开始下降;在300~400℃回火时,试验钢出现明显的回火脆性。试验钢显微组织随回火温度升高,由淬火马氏体转变为回火马氏体、屈氏体和索氏体。
The effect of tempering temperature on microstructure and properties of 28CrNiMoMn high strength steel was studied. The results show that with the increase of tempering temperature, the strength and hardness decrease, the plasticity increases and the yield strength increases slightly at low tempering temperature and reaches the maximum at 250 ℃. When the tempering temperature continues to increase, the yield strength begins to decline. At 300 ~ 400 ℃ tempering, the test steel showed significant temper brittleness. Test steel microstructure with the tempering temperature increased from quenched martensite into tempered martensite, troostite and sorbite.
