本文在试验的基础上,针对哈尔滨电碳研究所研制的T401各向同性石墨电极,作出了在不同脉冲宽度、峰值电流等电参数作用下,对加工速度、表面粗糙度、电极损耗等方面的影响试验,在不同电源作用下的性能试验,以及与其它电火花加工用石墨电极、紫铜电极的对比试验,得出了对应的试验数据和试验曲线。得出T401各向同性石墨电极在相同的加工条件下其工艺指标均优于其它石墨,并且加工稳定性要好的结论。并针对这一结论,对电火花加工的电极材料和电极损耗等方面进行了理论上的分析和机理上的探讨。
In this paper, based on the test, T401 isotropic graphite electrode developed by Harbin Institute of Carbon Research, made under the action of different pulse width, peak current and other electrical parameters, the processing speed, surface roughness, electrode loss, etc. Impact test, performance test under different power supply, and comparison test with other graphite electrode and copper electrode for EDM, the corresponding test data and test curve are obtained. T401 isotropic graphite electrode obtained under the same processing conditions are better than the other indicators of graphite, and the processing stability is better conclusion. According to this conclusion, theoretical analysis and mechanism discussion are made on the electrode material and electrode loss of EDM.
