目的分析老年疝气手术患者应用优质护理的临床价值。方法选取100例我院收诊的老年疝气患者作为观察对象,随机分为观察组与对照组各50例。对照组使用常规护理模式,观察组使用优质护理模式,比较两组患者护理效果。结果观察组在并发症发生率、护理满意度以及生活质量与住院时间等方面都显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理在老年疝气手术患者中具有较好的应用效果,能降低手术并发症发生率,提高患者对临床护理的满意度,值得在临床推广使用。
Objective To analyze the clinical value of high quality nursing care in elderly hernia patients. Methods Selected 100 cases of senile hernia admitted to our hospital as observation object, were randomly divided into observation group and control group of 50 cases. The control group used the conventional nursing model, the observation group used the high-quality nursing model, and compared the nursing effect of the two groups. Results The observation group was significantly better than the control group in incidence of complications, nursing satisfaction, quality of life and hospital stay (P <0.05). Conclusion Quality nursing has good effect in elderly patients with hernia surgery, can reduce the incidence of complications and improve patient satisfaction with clinical nursing, which is worth popularizing in clinic.
