精确可靠的有限元模型是结构动态分析和结构优化设计的基础。本文首先用谱均衡瞬态随机激励技术对柴油机缸体进行了实验模态分析,获得了结构的模态参数,在此基础上文中应用一种改进的Berman修正模型方法,对缸体初始有限元模型进行了修正,得到了较为精确的理论分析模型。经实验验证,该分析模型是合理的。据此,对柴油机缸体进行了动态特性分析和结构修改。
Accurate and reliable finite element model is the basis of structural dynamic analysis and structural optimization design. In this paper, firstly, the experimental modal analysis of the diesel engine cylinder is carried out by means of spectrum equalization transient random excitation technique, and the modal parameters of the structure are obtained. Based on this, an improved Berman correction model is adopted to simulate the initial finite element The model is modified and a more accurate theoretical analysis model is obtained. The experimental results show that the analytical model is reasonable. Accordingly, the diesel engine cylinder dynamics analysis and structural changes.
