【目的】比较前列腺癌(PC)、良性前列腺增生症(BPH)、正常前列腺(NP)细胞的DNA倍体类型和细胞增殖各期比值的差异,探讨其临床意义。【方法】应用流式细胞技术测定35例PC、20例BPH、10例NP细胞的DNA倍体类型、细胞周期的各个时相的变化。【结果】PC组异倍体率为65.71%;NP组和BPH组均为DNA二倍体。PC组细胞增殖各期比值与BPH组、NP组差异有显著性(P<0.01)。PC高分化组的异倍体率低于中、低分化组(P<0.05)。【结论】DNA异倍体、高S期细胞比率是前列腺癌的重要生物学特性,也可作为鉴别PC、BPH的参考指标。
【Objective】 To compare the differences of DNA ploidy types and cell proliferation ratio in prostate cancer (PC), benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and normal prostate (NP) cells and to explore its clinical significance. 【Method】 The DNA ploidy types of 35 PC, 20 BPH and 10 NP cells were determined by flow cytometry, and the changes of cell cycle were observed. 【Results】 The rate of aneuploidy in PC group was 65.71%. Both NP group and BPH group were DNA diploid. The ratio of cell proliferation in PC group was significantly different from that in BPH group and NP group (P <0.01). The rate of aneuploidy in PC well-differentiated group was lower than that in moderately and poorly differentiated group (P <0.05). 【Conclusion】 DNA aneuploidy and high S phase cell ratio are important biological characteristics of prostate cancer, also can be used as a reference index to distinguish PC, BPH.
