目的:探讨和研究药房调剂工作中常见差错,并提出防范措施,以期提高药品调剂工作质量。方法:对普陀区妇幼保健与计划生育服务中心近年来药房调剂工作中出现的药品调剂差错进行总结,并结合临床相关文献原因进行分析,针对性的提出防范策略。结果:通过建立完善的药品信息管理系统、加强与医师间联系、设立药品咨询窗口、加强发药服药交待、严格执行复核制度、建立差错登记制度、加强职业道德教育和专业知识培训等防范措施来减少药品调剂差错的发生。结论:采取合理有效的防范措施能够减少药房药品调剂工作差错的发生,确保药物准确发放和患者的用药安全性。
Objective: To explore and study common mistakes in pharmacy adjustment work and to put forward preventive measures in order to improve the quality of pharmaceutical adjustment work. Methods: Putuo District Maternal and Child Health Care and Family Planning Service Center in recent years pharmacy adjustment work occurred in the drug dispensing errors summarized, combined with clinical related literature analysis, targeted prevention strategies. Results: Through the establishment of a sound drug information management system, strengthening the contact with doctors, setting up drug consultation window, strengthening delivery and taking medication, strict implementation of the review system, establishment of error registration system, strengthening professional ethics education and training of professional knowledge Reduce the occurrence of drug transfer errors. Conclusion: Taking reasonable and effective precautionary measures can reduce the occurrence of errors in pharmacy pharmaceutical preparations and ensure the accurate drug release and patient medication safety.
