目的分析报告1例典型布鲁氏菌病(布病)病例的发病原因,为市场防范布病提供建议。方法对该患者资料、现场流行病学调查资料及实验室检测结果进行分析。结果实验室检测虎红平板凝集试验为阳性,试管凝集试验滴度为1∶200(++);根据流行病学接触史、发病时间、临床症状和体征、实验室结果和病例对照研究及《布鲁氏菌病诊断标准》(WS 269-2007)进行诊断,该患者处于布病急性期。结论青海省需加强牲畜流通环节的检验检疫、免疫和管理工作,控制传染源,居民需提高和加强防病意识;应加强对临床医务人员的布病宣传力度,提高其业务水平,做到布病的早发现、早诊断、早治疗。
Objective To analyze the incidence of one case of brucellosis (brucellosis) and provide suggestions for the prevention of brucellosis in the market. Methods The patient data, field epidemiological survey data and laboratory test results were analyzed. Results Laboratory tiger red plate agglutination test was positive, the test tube agglutination test titer of 1: 200 (++); according to epidemiological exposure history, onset time, clinical symptoms and signs, laboratory results and case-control studies and “ Brucellosis diagnostic criteria ”(WS 269-2007) for diagnosis, the patient is in the acute phase of brucellosis. Conclusion Qinghai Province needs to strengthen inspection and quarantine, immunization and management of livestock circulation links, control sources of infection, and residents need to improve and strengthen their awareness of disease prevention.
