全球不平衡,尤其表现为中美双边贸易上,是新的国际劳动力分配背景下,国际产业转移使国际投资和中小企业海外销售额迅猛增长的产物,更是美国自身经济结构的问题。在当前全球经济危机下,国际经济只有通过世界各地不同产业增长率间更广范围的全球协调和均衡才能实现稳定。
Global imbalances, especially manifested in bilateral trade between China and the United States, are the product of the rapid growth of international investment and the overseas sales of small and medium-sized enterprises under the guidance of international industrial transfer under the new international labor pooling and the issue of the U.S. own economic structure. Under the current global economic crisis, the international economy can only achieve stability through a wider range of global coordination and balance among the growth rates of different industries in different parts of the world.
