国家经贸委副主任陈清泰近日提出了1995年深化国有企业改革的10条措施。一是选择一批企业进行建立现代企业制度试点。集中力量重点抓好国务院确定的百户现代企业制度试点工作。二是继续贯彻《企业法》和转机条例,贯彻实施《劳动法》。切实加强国有资产的基础管理,建立企业资产经营责任制,落实保值增值责任,对一批企业委派监事会。三是多渠道增加企业生产经营资金,建立企业增补生产经营资金的机制。国家逐步建立稳定的、有选择地向国有大中型骨干企业注入资本金的途径。四是加大企业技术改造投资力度,加快企业改造步伐。坚持扶优扶强原则,集中财力扶持一批班子好、转机好、市场前景好的国有大
