全国高校价值工程研究会第三届年会,于1991年7月31日至8月4日在山东省蓬莱举行。来自全国高等学校、新闻、出版、培训、研究所和工厂等,44个单位54名代表参加了会议。 会议总结了三年多来研究会的工作,代表们表示满意,并予以充分肯定;会议还讨论修改了研究会的章程(草案);改选了理事会,选举产生了第二届理事会、常务理事会、会长、副会长、常务副会长、秘书长,增设了名誉理事、特邀理事。 大会进行了学术交流。讨论明确了今后的工作重点,是普及、宣传、推广应用价值工程,加强VE理论研究,逐步建立具有中国特色的价值工程体系。会议就研究会今后的工作和发展进行了讨论,代表们认为应加强与社会的联系,特别是与企业的联系,并加强研究会内部的建设
The Third Annual Meeting of the National Institute of Engineering Value Engineering was held in Penglai, Shandong Province from July 31 to August 4, 1991. From the national colleges and universities, news, publishing, training, research institutes and factories, 54 units of 44 units attended the meeting.
