教师是人类灵魂的工程师,担负着教书育人,传播人类文明,培养人才的重任。教师的知识水平、业务能力、思想道德、心理素质等将直接影响到教育效果与未来人才的质量。我们培养的学生不仅应该有扎实的基础知识和基本技能,还应该有良好的行为习惯和心理素质。学校培养学生要知识与能力并举,智育与德育并重,只有这样,学生将来才能担负起建设祖国的重任。在学生的思想品德、行为习惯和心理素质的养成过程中,教师的人格魅力起着不可忽视的作用。
