为保证旧桥加宽后新、旧桥的沥青铺装层具有良好的抗水损害和抗车辙能力,对沥青铺装层混合料体积参数的影响因素进行专门试验研究。以AC-13混合料的3种级配为例,采用室内马歇尔试验和车辙试验方法,对沥青混合料的空隙率、矿料间隙率及沥青饱和度等体积参数的影响因素进行了分析。结果表明:在其他试验条件相同情况下,随着碾压次数的增加,沥青混合料的空隙率和矿料间隙率逐渐减小,而沥青饱和度则不断增大;在相同压实功条件下,当沥青混合料中沥青含量约为4.0%时,车辙试件辙槽两侧沥青混合料的孔隙率与未经车辙试验沥青混合料的孔隙率相差不大;但随着沥青用量的增加,辙槽两侧沥青混合料的空隙率不断减小,且小于未经车辙试验沥青混合料的空隙率。

However, with the increase of asphalt content, The void fraction of bituminous mixtures on both sides of the rut decreases continuously and is less than that of the bituminous mixture tested without rutting.
