发电企业普遍具有“产品无差别”、“成本密集型”特点,纵向产业链中煤电联动滞后造成的发电企业两头受挤的尴尬局面,使其近几年亏损面始终在五成以上。作者以系统科学理论与价值管理理论为管理学传承基础,结合发电企业管理实践,摸索出系统价值管理模式,将发电企业对自身系统内部价值链各因素的关注,延伸到对其自身作为社会子系统的系统链条因素管理方法、价值实现途径的关注,从而使企业经营目标从股东价值最大化发展为系统价值最大化,以期发电企业在发展自身经济的同时,实现与社会、环境和谐共赢,促进电力可持续健康发展。
