本文对云南省都分克山病病区、非病区的水、粮食和1~14岁健康儿童头发中的钼含量进行了对比分析,结果表明非克山病区墨江县的饮水、农业用水和大米中钼的含量低于或接近克山病病区牟定、楚雄等县;非病区墨江、瑞丽、景洪县与病区牟定、楚雄县儿童头发中钼的平均含量无明显差异。因此,初步认为克山病可能不是外源性缺钼所致。
In this paper, we compare and analyze the molybdenum content in hair of different times in Shan’er district of Keshan disease, non-ward water and food and the hair of healthy children aged from 1 to 14 in Yunnan province. The results show that drinking water, agricultural water And molybdenum content in rice is lower than or close to Mouding, Chuxiong and other counties in Keshan disease area. The average content of molybdenum in hair of Chuxiong County in Mogan, Ruili and Jinghong counties and Mouding in Wuxiong County showed no significant difference . Therefore, the initial view that Keshan disease may not be exogenous lack of Miao caused.
