本试验通过农杆菌(Agrobacterium)介导法将菜豆几丁质酶基因导入甜菜(BetavulgarisL.) ,再生植株经卡那霉素筛选后 ,进行PCR分析 ,结果表明 :再生植株的转化率为27.3 %,甜菜叶柄是转化的较好受体
In this experiment, the gene of chitinase was transferred into Betavulgaris L. by Agrobacterium-mediated method. After the regenerated plants were screened by kanamycin and analyzed by PCR, the results showed that the transformation rate of regenerated plants was 27.3% Beet petiole is a better receptor for transformation
