研究碳五残渣油和双环戊二烯石油树脂作增塑剂对顺丁橡胶(BR)和丁苯橡胶(SBR)加工性能和物理性能的影响。结果表明:随着碳五残渣油和双环戊二烯石油树脂用量增大,镍系BR和SBR混炼胶的门尼黏度均减小,加工性能均改善;硫化胶的拉断伸长率均增大,橡胶油用量为15~20份时硫化胶的拉伸强度均出现最大值。双环戊二烯石油树脂能显著提高钕系BR的拉伸强度和撕裂强度。
The effects of C5 residual oil and dicyclopentadiene petroleum resin on the processing and physical properties of butadiene rubber (SBR) and styrene butadiene rubber (SBR) were studied. The results showed that the Mooney viscosity of both nickel-based BR and SBR rubber blends decreased with the increase of the amount of C5-C5 and Dicyclopentadiene-based petroleum resins, and the processing properties were all improved. The tensile elongation at break When the amount of rubber oil is 15 ~ 20, the tensile strength of vulcanizate is the highest. Dicyclopentadiene petroleum resin can significantly improve the tensile strength and tear strength of neodymium-based BR.
