本工作研究了离子减薄法制备的砷化镓样品,用JEM—200CX透射电子显微镜沿〔110〕方向观察它的晶体结构。得到了这一方向的晶格像。
In this work, a sample of gallium arsenide prepared by ion-desorption was investigated. Its crystal structure was observed along the [110] direction with a JEM-200CX transmission electron microscope. Get the lattice image in this direction.
