软土地基路基超载预压卸载时间的确定是软土地区公路工程建设中面临的技术难题之一。路基规范对卸载时间采用双标准控制,采用超载预压一段时间卸载后,地基沉降速率会发生变化,其沉降速率控制标准也有所不同。该文首先分析软土地基路基最终沉降量和填土高度的关系;结合实际工程——天津滨海新区软土地基桥头段路基采用加固土桩及预压处理时的实测沉降数据,运用双曲线法,根据预压土顶的沉降速率确定路床顶的沉降速率从而判断沉降速率是否达到规范规定值。分析结果表明:对于滨海新区软土地基路基上的加固土桩+预压处理路段,双曲线对于预压半年内的沉降拟合和实际情况最相符;根据路床顶的沉降速率方程判断卸载时间具有一定的实用价值。
The determination of unloading time of overloading and preloading of soft soil subgrade is one of the technical problems in highway engineering construction in soft soil area. The subgrade standard adopts double standard control for the unloading time. After the overloading and preloading is unloaded for a period of time, the foundation settlement rate will change, and the settlement rate control standard will be different. In this paper, the relationship between the final subsidence of the soft soil subgrade and the filling height is analyzed firstly. According to the actual project-the subgrade of the bridge head section of Tianjin Binhai New Area, , According to the settlement rate of preloading soil top to determine the settlement rate of roadbed roof to determine whether the settlement rate reached the normative value. The results show that the hyperbolic curve is most suitable for the subsidence fitting of the preloading within half a year and the actual situation for the reinforced soil pile + preloading section on the soft soil subgrade of Binhai New Area. According to the sedimentation rate equation of the roadbed roof, the unloading time Has a certain practical value.
