经过20多年的发展,信息通信行业正在经历新的转折——人与人之间的语音通信正在向人与网络、物质与物质甚至更复杂的通信模式转变;通信内容不仅涵盖了语音、图像,也包括了视频等多种形式;通信网络的功能不再局限于人与人的沟通,而是致力于让商业变得更高效、社会变得更和谐、人类的生活更美好。由此,我们可以预见,到2020年将有500亿个终端在网络上互联。值得指出的是,作为信息通信行业的主力,今后,电信运营商的努力方向就是全面地行业渗透、提升通信管道的价值以及拥抱长尾的创新力量。
