目的探讨分析PCR检验法对于细菌检验的效果,为临床实践提供可靠依据。方法 86例阴道炎患者,按照随机数表法分成对照组和试验组,各43例。对照组患者的阴道分泌物接受细菌培养法,试验组接受PCR检验,对比两组患者的检查结果。结果试验组的阳性检出率为86.0%,明显高于对照组的67.4%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PCR检验法能明显提高阴道细菌的检验效果,结果更可靠,具有广泛推广的临床价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of PCR test on bacterial test and provide a reliable basis for clinical practice. Methods Totally 86 cases of vaginitis were divided into control group and experimental group according to the random number table method, 43 cases in each group. Vaginal secretions from patients in the control group received bacterial culture, and the test group received PCR tests comparing the results of the two groups of patients. Results The positive rate of the test group was 86.0%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (67.4%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion PCR test can significantly improve the test results of vaginal bacteria, the results are more reliable, with a wide range of clinical value.
