本文综述了Nyboer-Bonjes公式的局限性和七十年代以来发展起来的阻抗容积图技术的电场理论。根据这个理论,容积图信号的采样灵敏度是位置矢量的函数,因而电流一电压电极对的位置对阻抗容积图信号的测量有很大的影响。这一点,对于阻抗容积图技术的临床应用有重要的意义。本文还讨论了阻抗测量的非唯一性问题,并根据电场理论提出了解决这个问题的两种方法。电场理论的提出有可能将阻抗容积图技术的研究推进到新的阶段。
This article reviews the limitations of the Nyboer-Bonjes formula and the electric field theory of impedance volumetric techniques developed since the seventies. According to this theory, the sampling sensitivity of the volumetric signal signal is a function of the position vector, so the location of the current-voltage electrode pair has a great influence on the measurement of the impedance volumetric signal. This point, for the clinical application of impedance volumetric chart is of great significance. This paper also discusses the problem of non-uniqueness of impedance measurement. Based on the theory of electric field, two methods to solve this problem are proposed. The proposed electric field theory may push the research of impedance volumetric graph technology to a new stage.
