应用薄层层析法,对七味散胶囊中五味药材进行了定性鉴别,并作了总含氮量和次碳酸铋的定量分析。方法简便,稳定性和重现性均较好。可用于控制七味散胶囊的内在质量。
Thin-layer chromatography was used to qualitatively identify Wuwei herbs in Qiweisan capsules, and quantitative analysis of total nitrogen content and bismuth subcarbonate was performed. The method is simple, and the stability and reproducibility are good. It can be used to control the intrinsic quality of Qiweisan capsules.
