先证者女,24岁.七年前不明原因出现头痛,夜惊、视力减退,无复视;走道不能照直,写字歪斜,舌运动不灵、语言障碍。三年前开始不能站立和使用筷箸,嘴嚼吞咽困难.二年前出现鼻塞张口呼吸.去年出现不能主动翻身而委以被动卧住,进食常谈触面颊、下颁或鼻尖.家族史、无可疑梅毒成易,本症家系图示如下(见附图).
The proband was female, aged 24.
