“十二五”时期,是深入贯彻落实科学发展观、构建社会主义和谐社会的重要时期,也是促进上海档案事业发展的重要战略机遇期。为深化开展十二五期间档案事业的各项工作,促进档案工作更好地为本市建设“四个中心”、实现“两个率先”和构建社会主义和谐社会服务,本刊在2011年第1-2期开辟专栏,特邀请本市各区县档案局馆长畅谈本地区“十二五”期间档案事业发展的总体设想。因篇幅有限,编者对文章略做删减。
The 12th Five-Year Plan period is an important period for thoroughly implementing the scientific concept of development and building a harmonious socialist society.
