我厂生产的ZL50装载机的变速器是定轴式、四进四退、液力机械操纵的(离合器是液力操纵,输出轴上的高低档是机械操纵),70年代它被用在TL160推土机上。经过多次攻关、试验和改进,达到了制造容易、使用可靠、维修方便,已用于TL180、TL210推土机,ZL50、ZL60装载机和TL12通井机上,装机功率118~190kW。但由于高低档是机械操纵,换档时要停车进行,因此仍然限制着其使用范围,不宜用到以运输为主的车辆(如铲运机、牵引车等)上,因为由低档换上高档后,重新起步很困难,甚至不能起步。 近年来,我对这个变速器进行了分析研究,现提出几个改进方案,希望进一步扩大其
