人群生理功能指标一般易误认为同生理指标一样,多属服从正态分布。不少作者常以研究结果进行统计学处理,在资料进行样本之间对比时忽视正态分布检验,而直接进行显著性检验。我们在研究大学生大脑工作能力指数上升情况时,其结果经常呈偏态分布。如果在这种情况下,未经转换把偏态分布资料直接按正态分布资料进行处理,可导致结论的不正确。我们在研究的大学生中因部分人出现负增长而使统计量与国内外都报告的中小学生变化规律不符,并可出现相反的结论。经正态分布检验则为偏态分布,经变换资料,以睡眠时间不同进行分组,大学生在脑工作能力指数的变化与国内外报告的结论基本一致。
The physiological function indicators of the population are generally misunderstood as the same physiological indicators, and most of them are subject to normal distribution. Many authors often use the results of the study for statistical analysis. When comparing data between samples, the normal distribution test is ignored and the significance test is performed directly. When we study the increase in brain work ability index of college students, the results are often skewed. If, in this case, the skewed distribution data is processed directly as normal distribution without conversion, the conclusion may be incorrect. Among the college students we studied, the negative growth of some people caused the statistic to be inconsistent with the laws of primary and secondary school students reported at home and abroad, and the contrary conclusion could be drawn. The normal distribution test was a skewed distribution. After the transformation data, they were grouped according to different sleep times. The change in brain work ability index of college students was basically consistent with the conclusions reported at home and abroad.
