缺铁性贫血是常见病。但有些患者不能耐受口服铁剂治疗,或日服铁剂吸收不良,因而长期贫血得不到纠正。我们采用肌注右旋糖酐铁治疗,取得较好的效果。现将结果简要报道如下。一般资料自1977年起,使用肌注右旋糖酐铁治疗。资料完整者25例,男7例,女18例。有8例治前
Iron deficiency anemia is a common disease. However, some patients can not tolerate oral iron treatment, or iron deficiency in Japan on a regular basis, so long-term anemia can not be corrected. We use intramuscular iron dextran treatment, and achieved good results. The results are briefly reported below. General information Since 1977, intramuscular iron dextran treatment has been used.
