在内地发达农村,“村官富人化”倾向引起了社会广泛关注。我国社会学者就此指出,“老板村官”尽管体现了财富力量对选举的渗透,但却是市场经济深入发展的某种成果。由中国社科院社会学所副研究员樊平不久前完成的一份研究报告表明,“老板村官”的日益增多已成2003年内地农村基层组织建设的最显著特点。在浙江省新当选的13.32万名村委会成员中,“先富群体”约占30%,而在永康、东阳、瑞安、乐清等地,更高达60%左右。经调查研究,樊平总结农村富人阶层的参选动机不外乎三类:第一类是谋求经济利益,尤其是保护既得利益;第二类谋求政治利益,既有保护既得利益的潜在动机,也有求名的社会心理;第三类则是出于公心,为改变家乡落后面貌和造福邻里而甘愿做经济上的牺牲。樊平指出,若富人的当选目标能把自己赢利扩
