目的:探讨二维超声、彩超、电子计算机断层扫描(CT)对甲状腺微小癌诊断效能分析。方法:选择2017年6月至2019年6月因甲状腺肿块到我院就诊的疑似甲状腺微小癌的213例患者为研究对象,均行CT、彩超、二维超声检查,以病理诊断结果为金标准,比较CT、彩超、二维超声对甲状腺微小癌诊断效能。结果:213例疑似甲状腺微小癌患者中,病理诊断甲状腺微小癌为阳性178例,二维超声诊断甲状腺微小癌为阳性107例,彩超诊断甲状腺微小癌为阳性145例,CT诊断甲状腺微小癌为阳性160例,CT、彩超、二维超声联合诊断甲状腺微小癌为阳性175例。彩超、CT对甲状腺微小癌的诊断效能优于二维超声(n P0.05);CT、彩超、二维超声联合检查对甲状腺微小癌的诊断效能优于各项单独检查(n P<0.05)。n 结论:二维超声、彩超及CT联合诊断甲状腺微小癌的准确性较高,其诊出率明显高于二维超声、彩超、CT的单一诊断,具有较好的临床应用价值。“,”Objective:To investigate the efficiency of two-dimensional ultrasound, color Doppler ultrasound, and computerized tomography (CT) in diagnosing thyroid microcarcinoma.Methods:Included in were 213 patients with thyroid masses who visited our hospital between June 2017 and June 2019 and were suspected to have thyroid microcarcinoma. All subjects underwent CT, color Doppler sonography and two-dimensional ultrasonogarphy. Using pathological diagnosis as the gold standard, the diagnostic efficiency of CT, color Doppler and two-dimensional ultrasound alone or in combination for thyroid microcarcinoma was compared.Results:Among the 213 patients with suspected thyroid microcarcinoma, 178 were positive for thyroid microcarcinoma by pathology, 107 by two-dimensional ultrasound, 145 by color Doppler ultrasound, 160 by CT, and 175 by combination of CT, color Doppler ultrasound, and two-dimensional ultrasound. The diagnostic efficiency of Color Doppler ultrasound and CT was better than that of two-dimensional ultrasound for thyroid microcarcinoma (n P0.05) . Combination of CT, color Doppler ultrasound, and two-dimensional ultrasound led to better diagnostic efficiency for thyroid microcarcinoma than did any alone (n P<0.05) .n Conclusion:Combination of two-dimensional ultrasound, color Doppler ultrasound, and CT offers significantly higher diagnostic accuracy and yields for thyroid microcarcinoma compared with any alone, and therefore appears to be clinically useful.
